Dhulfiqar Ahmed Nael Jassim Al-Rubaie
He manages the company with over 13 years of experience and is recognized as a prominent businessman in his fields of work. He has directly contributed to the company’s development, building an extensive network with major Iraqi and international companies, and securing numerous contracts with state ministries, government entities, and local and international firms. He travels between the company’s branches in Baghdad, Erbil, and Dubai to oversee operations, leveraging strong negotiation skills and broad relationships across both public and private sectors, in addition to solid ties with partner banks. He participates in economic and investment conferences and forums, and is a member of the Baghdad Chamber of Commerce, the Businessmen Union, and the National Business Council. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Baghdad and received the Distinguished Trader Shield from the Baghdad Chamber of Commerce in 2020. He believes in developing local companies and aims to elevate Iraqi trade to the level of advanced nations.

He has more than 10 years of professional experience in business management inside and outside Iraq, particularly in the United Arab Emirates and Spain. He has overseen company projects in food supply sectors such as (Jumla Store and Burger Factory), restaurant management, and modern advertising activities. He also worked in the car rental and e-hailing (Uber) sector in the UAE. He is known for strong negotiation skills and relationship building, traveling between the company’s branches in Baghdad, Erbil, and abroad to accomplish business objectives. He participates in international conferences and economic forums related to investment and foreign relations. He is a member of the National Business Council and the Baghdad Chamber of Commerce, holds several certificates of appreciation, and earned a Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design Engineering from the American University in the Emirates. He believes in strengthening Iraqi local companies and expanding their regional presence.
